I am new to this. Where can I see my opponent name for playing the game today? Please help

My opponent and I agreed to play our game at 12pm ET today. I sent him several emails with a link to the challenge, and several messages in chess.com, but I don't have any response. I'm not sure what happened.

I have to leave at 3pm to visit my parents, so I won't have time to play this weekend. What should we do? I don't want to hold up the next round, but I also don't want to win by forfeit...
